New members are required to be proposed by two adult members who are Full Members of the Association for a minimum of three years and reside within BT78 and BT79 Postcode area of Omagh.
Priority will be given to applications within the Postcode area of BT78 and BT79 . The PO Box number on the application form is the only address to send the applications to.
The proposers will be held responsible for the new applicant’s behaviour for two years and any breach of Association regulations by a new member including false information on this form will result in a ban from the Association not only for the person concerned but also the proposers.
A MEMBER CAN ONLY PROPOSE TWO APPLICANTS PER YEAR.
